You Are Cordially Invited To Attend This Year's Event Which Is Rain Or Shine And Will Take Place On 06 August 2025 from 9 A.M. - 1 P.M. the Welcome Expo Will Occur Inside The Letort View Commuinty Center And Outside At The Wheel Lock Band Stand.

this Is An Information Expo Only. no Sales Will Be Permitted and There Will Be No Preparation Of Food On The Premises. All Food Must Be Brought Fully Prepared. Use Of A Heating Lamp Or Other Heating Devices Is Permitted. Businesses Are Permitted And Encouraged To Give Away Samples Of Their Products And Services, alcohol Samples Are Prohibited. An Average Of 1,500 Soldiers, Civilians, And Family Members Pass Through The Welcome Expo.

Registration Is Online Only. A 10'x10" Spot Is $100.00(Inside LVCC) or $80.00(Outside) Until 23 July 2025. Late Registration From 24 July 2025 to 31 July 2025 Is an additional $25.
