920100 - Baseball Tball (5-6)
This program will teach the basic fundamentals of the sport of Baseball. Practices will be held twice a week with games on Fridays. All practices and games will be held on the Youth Sports Complex. Make up games could be played on weekdays other than your normally scheduled practice days or on Saturdays. For multiple child and/or multiple sports discounts please register at the Parent Central Services office. A valid sports physical is required before participating. 920101 - Baseball (7-9)
PlayBall is a joint initiative between MLB, USA Baseball, and USA Softball. The program is about inspiring everyone to play ball. However you play ball. The program will emphasize not only organized baseball and softball activity but focus on the various ways baseball can be played outside of the traditional organized baseball leagues and tournaments. This program will practice twice a week, and meet on Fridays starting in late April for games For multiple child and/or multiple sports discounts please register at the Parent Central Services office. We are aiming to have a intramural coach pitch league for kids aged 7-9. If we do not get enough particpation, we will instead offer a Playball baseball clinic.

The 3&4 year old clinic is a parent/child participation class where the coach instructs the group on a drill/skill and the parent works 1 on 1 with their child on that drill/skill. 920110 - Winter Basketball
The Fort Meade youth basketball program aims to develop a lifelong passion for the game of basketball in boys and girls ages 6-14. We accomplish this by teaching them the fundamentals of the sport while instilling core values including teamwork, respect and sportsmanship. This is an intramural basketball program that practices twice a week and plays 1 game per week on Fort Meade. This program teaches the basics of flag football with children taking part in two practices a week. Players benefit by being physically active through non-contact, continuous action while learning the fundamentals of football, lessons in teamwork and sportsmanship. NFL Flag Football is a program of NFL Play 60 which is the NFL's movement to get children active for 60 minutes a day.
